Component/ Electronic & electric pars housing
At ITOM Engineering, our in-house prototyping lab plays a critical role in accelerating product development, enabling early-stage validation, and supporting rigorous testing workflows. Equipped with both SLA and FDM 3D printing technologies, we produce high-quality prototypes with speed and precision—minimizing development delays and ensuring that both form and function are verified before moving to production.
From mechanical components and protective enclosures to custom fixtures and integration parts, our rapid prototyping infrastructure supports a wide range of project needs. These capabilities are essential for iterative design refinement, functional testing, and pre-production evaluation across automotive and industrial applications.
Functional Testing & PCB Validation
To streamline electronic validation, we utilize custom-designed pogo pin test fixtures that provide secure, high-density, and non-destructive electrical contact with PCB test points. This setup eliminates the need for manual probing or soldering, allowing for fast, repeatable testing cycles. Each fixture is tailored to the specific layout of the target board, ensuring precise alignment and consistent results—enhancing reliability and reducing human error before mass production or field deployment.
Precision Alignment for Radome Evaluation
Our lab also features a custom-built precision test setup for radome evaluation and alignment. Using a dial indicator, we achieve millimeter-level distance adjustments to ensure accurate positioning relative to reference surfaces or instrumentation. This capability is vital for validating radar performance and maintaining consistency across sensor integration workflows.
