Our embedded platforms deliver real-time performance, diagnostics, and connectivity, aligned with global safety standards. In RF and antenna design, we specialize in high-frequency radar systems (60–81 GHz), crafting compact, high-gain modules for ADAS and industrial sensing.

Prototyping/Mechanical Design

ITOM Engineering accelerates product development through in-house prototyping and early validation.
Using SLA and FDM 3D printing, we produce precise prototypes for housings and integration parts.
Our infrastructure supports iterative design, functional testing, and pre-production evaluation.
We use custom pogo pin fixtures for fast, non-destructive PCB validation.
These fixtures ensure precise alignment and repeatable test cycles without manual probing. Each setup is tailored to the board layout, improving reliability and reducing errors.
For radar systems, we perform precision radome alignment using millimeter-level adjustments.
